Customer Service Advisor

SOS recruitment are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their highly reputable and growing client based in Bournemouth!

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am–5.30pm + 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am–12pm

Location: Bournemouth, Dorset

Salary: £18,000 per annum

Job Duties:

  • You will be responsible for answering all incoming calls and dealing with the query raised or directing the call to the relevant department
  • You will listen to client queries and understanding the client’s needs, providing support and advice to the queries that the clients raise. Ensuring that ‘issues’ are escalated to the Customer Service Manager where needed
  • You will ensure that all allocated ‘issues’ on Filemaker are dealt with daily, all relevant parties are updated accordingly, and that the ‘issues’ are all completed by the end of the day
  • You will contact the supplier to discuss the points highlighted by the client, and provide effective correspondence with the supplier on behalf of the client
