A fantastic opportunity has become available for an Operations Assistant to work for our well-established and expanding client based in Bournemouth, Dorset!!

Location: Bournemouth, Dorset!

Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm with 1 in 4 Saturdays 9.00am to 12.00 noon

Salary: £18,000 per annum (increasing to £19,000 after probation with further excellent salary reviews)

Job Role: 

This highly varied and exciting role will be reporting to the Operations Supervisor.  The Operations Assistant/Administrator’s is responsible for completing a number of daily administration tasks, processing all new clients orders and ensuring deliveries are made as required.

Main responsibilities

  • Maintenance of the operations database on a daily basis
  • Collating information from clients ready to import into the database
  • Responsible for the operation of the entire order process for clients and suppliers in accordance with company guideline
  • Handling all emails and post received and provide relevant answers to the queries made
  • Assist the management team with any projects that they feel necessary
