Candidates complete a thorough registration process before being represented by SOS:- SOS candidates must take part in a pre-selection, either by phone or face to face.
- They complete a registration form, giving personal details, employment history, education and qualifications.
- A face to face interview is conducted by an experienced consultant to verify and expand on their registration form, skills set, qualifications, experience and aspirations.
- All candidates complete relevant tests.
- In depth questioning techniques are used to ascertain additional information, including the individual's character.
- Candidates complete detailed referencing information, an equal opportunities form, must provide photographic ID and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
SOS offers key competency tests to suit their individual clients' needs. As standard, SOS tests on numeracy, literacy and use of computer software, along with testing speed and accuracy of typing.
