SOS understands that each company's need is different. That's why we've set up Specialist Services: a bespoke approach that enables us to cater for different scales and preferences of recruitment. They include Master Vendor, Sole Agent, Preferred Supplier and Business Consultancy. SOS can also provide one-off recruitment drives. Unlike most recruitment agencies, SOS always visits clients on-site to gain a deeper understanding of their specific needs.

Master Vendor
As your Master Vendor, SOS would provide a managed service on or off site for your company and, in the unlikely event that we are unable to fill all your vacancies ourselves, we are able to turn to our second tier quality agencies. Master Vendor is particularly useful to organisations with a high recruitment requirement. Many companies find it beneficial to have just one agency and one main point of contact to liaise with who can deliver their needs. SOS will work to strict timeframes and contractual agreements that meet you recruitment needs every time.

Sole Agent
As your Sole Agent, SOS would work exclusively with you to fulfil all aspects of your recruitment needs. SOS will work closely with you to deliver the right staff.

Preferred Supplier
You can take on a number of recruitment agencies as your preferred suppliers. At SOS we're confident in supplying a high number of suitable candidates at short notice and many of our clients choose us as Sole Agents or Master Vendors. But if you have existing arrangements with another recruitment firm we're happy to give our support to your company as a preferred supplier. We're proud to say we've never lost a Preferred Supplier agreement.
