• In depth questioning techniques are used to ascertain additional information, including the individual's character.
• Candidates complete detailed referencing information, an equal opportunities form, must provide photographic ID and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.

Skills
SOS offers key competency tests to suit their individual clients' needs. As standard, SOS tests on numeracy, literacy and use of computer software, along with testing speed and accuracy of typing.
