A step by step guide to our recruiting process

• On arrival at one of our branches you'll be introduced to your dedicated Consultant who'll support you in your search for work.
• You'll complete the SOS registration form specifying personal details, employment history, education and qualifications. This is also an opportunity to describe skills gained and systems used in prior employment.
• Your Consultant will conduct an in-depth interview to discuss your career aspirations and will ask you to expand upon information in your registration form.
• Depending on the type of position you're looking for, we may ask you complete tests to ascertain the speed and accuracy of your typing and your application to software such as Word and Excel.
• You may also be asked to complete company-specific tests or profiling.
• You'll need to complete an equal opportunities form, produce photographic ID (a driving licence or passport) and provide your CV and referencing details.
• You will need to prove that you are eligible to work in the UK.
